These polymer clay drop earrings are made using the Mokume Gane technique where thin layers of coloured translucent and metallic polymer clay are covered with metal leaf, then distorted and cut into thin slices which are layered onto polymer clay backs to create a beautiful multi-layered appearance. They are finely sanded and polished to give a shiny finish.
The earrings are available in 2 shapes and 6 different colours, so there is lots of choice. But remember there is only 1 pair of each, so you really are getting something unique.
The teardrop shape is 3.5cm long and 2.3cm wide and the rounded triangle shape is 2.9cm long and 1.5cm wide. They have lightly textured, plain colour backs.
