Multicoloured Polished Beads

Anand is a name of Indian origin, derived from the Sanskrit, which means happiness or joy and the colours of this necklace are joyful.

It is made from polymer clay slices which hand rolled onto balls of plain polymer clay and cured in an oven. The beads are then sanded with 5 grades of sanding paper and polished to produce a shine.

The 17 polymer clay beads in this necklace range in size from 1.5cm diameter to 2cm diameter and the beads are separated by toning cream colour glass beads. The beads are strung onto 19 strand flexible beading wire and is fastened with a bronze colour lobster clasp with extension chain. The length is adjustable between 45cm to 50cm long.
