These polymer clay beads are hollow, which makes them very lightweight. They are threaded onto 8mm Tube Millinery Crin. This material is often used for structural hat work but doubles up as an interesting hat trim. Here it is perfect for the hollow beads as it is flexible and soft to wear on the neck but has enough structure to support the beads without looking heavyweight.

Each necklace has 7 handmade hollow beads with hand applied decoration and these beads are separated with co-ordinating polymer clay flat beads. The necklaces have lobster clasp fastening with extension chains so the length is adjustable between 53cm to 60cm.
