The pattern of these beads comes from a tutorial by Lisa Clarke for her Jubilee kaleidoscope cane. This is a lightweight necklace weighing only 36g or 1.27oz that is perfect to add a pop of colour to a plain t-shirt or jumper. The necklace is made from polymer clay which is formed into a cane and cut into thin slices, which are cut into circles and cured to form half beads. These are then joined together and cured again, then sanded and polished. There are 9 beads in the necklace ranging in size from 2.3cm diameter to 4.6cm diameter.

Matt black glass seed beads are threaded between the polymer clay beads with turquoise colour disc beads onto strong, flexible beading wire and fastened with a silver plated magnetic clasp. The necklace is 45cm long.
